• 2 tablespoons water
• 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
• 2 large eggs
• 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
• 1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• green mint wafers (or mix peppermint chocolate as directed below)
